a. Attested Copy of Valid Civil ID (Kuwait Nationals and resident's)
b. Attested Copy of Valid Passport (Non- Kuwait nationals and Resident's)
c. Copy of Proof Of Address (Lease agreement, utility bill)
Once you have filled and signed the agreement, and provided a copy of the supporting documents, you can either send it by mail, or deliver it in person to our following address:
